In the article, by Zinczenko "Don't Blame the Eater" he states that he as a child he grew up with split parents, and seeing that both of them were constantly busy they never had time to worry about what was for the next meal. this resulted in the wide verietys of fast food that was available for consumpion. He says that it is because of the placement of these resturants that makes them easy to access which results in the overlooking of the other options that are less fast and not as easily graspable. David also points out that the places try to hide or go around the bad health facts of the foods. he does this by blaming the companies for indirectly hiding calory count or listing one count and then another list of additional optional toppings. He then finishes with the motivating statement that the fast food places are "vulnerable" in the fact that they are leaving themselves oven for lawsuits.
